Where the Binance App Shows Your Fee Rate and How to Confirm What You Paid
The Binance app shows fee information in several places, and fees may be deducted in different assets. Learn where to find your rate on mobile and how to confirm the actual fee on each trade.

On a phone, fee information in the Binance app is spread across several screens: your account level and rate in one place, the fee deducted on each trade in another, and settings that affect which asset fees are taken from in yet another. Users often do not know their effective rate, or are surprised to see fees deducted in an asset they did not expect. This guide shows where to look in the app and how to build a simple baseline of what a typical trade costs you.
Finding your current rate in the app
Open your profile or account section and look for the fee or VIP level information. It shows your current level and the associated maker and taker rates. Compare these with the official Binance fee page, which lists rates by product and level. If the numbers differ, the official page and your account display should be your reference, not a figure seen elsewhere.
Which asset your fees are deducted in
Fees may be deducted from the asset you receive in a trade or, if you have enabled the relevant setting and hold a balance, from another asset such as BNB. Check the fee settings in the app to see which option is active. The help centre explains how each option works. Knowing this prevents confusion when a small balance changes unexpectedly after trading, and it matters when you add up costs, because a fee taken in another asset does not show up as a reduction of the coin you bought.
Confirming the fee on individual trades
Open the order history, tap a filled order and view the trade details. The app shows the fee amount, the asset in which it was charged and whether the fill was maker or taker. Divide the fee value by the trade value to get the effective rate. Doing this for a few trades confirms your baseline and highlights whether most of your fills are taker.
Keeping a baseline note
Write down your level, rates, fee deduction setting and the effective rate measured from recent trades, with the date. Recheck after any change in level or settings. This short note lets you evaluate promotions, spot unexpected charges and decide whether changing order style would meaningfully lower your costs.
